- Identification (driver's license and social security card)
- Insurance information
- Medication information
- Glasses, hearing aids, and other prosthetic devices
- Valuables (cash, credit cards, bank books, jewelry)
- Emergency contact sheet
- Contact landlord
- Contact insurance agent/company
- Keep receipts for all purchases
